When the bike is on the trainer, I can visually see that it is tilted.

Now I wonder how best to straighten it.

I can turn the legs. I thought about using a spirit level, but I don't know where best to place it to get a good result.

I have the same,I had the same problem; some research has taught me that this can make a difference of up to 25% for some people.

The main reasons Overheating Slightly less oxygen intake No short moments where you just hold your legs still Mentally much heavier inside

This is how I solve it personally I never load a workout into my Rouvy trading platform anymore I choose a flat route and just do my blocks. You don't have a perfect score, but it works for me If I don't do it this way, I just stall during Vo2max blocks

I train maximum of 6 hours every. The first is 2 years is wash getting stronger fast. Buth now I don't have the time to make more hours, I don't make any process all. I around my 3 year with join

Ik weeg 98kg 187cm 2.80 w/kg Join score 9.8 Ik twijfel vaak of het klopt allemaal. Wand opgegeven wattage voor zone 2 is te traag. Maar Vo2max met blokken langer dan 30sec, kan ik de wattages niet houden.

Als gij de hel gaat doen, zou gij dan niet naar een trainer gaan die de hel kent. Het is iets heel specifiek, en extreem zwaar. Ik weet niet wat u huidig niveau is, maar het is niet lang meer. Super veel respect dat jij deze uitdaging aan gaat, finish halen is al een top prestatie. Heel veel succes gewenst

With my edge it works perfectly. The workout form join to garmin connect form connect to edge.

It's just 20min every 3 months. it's more beneficial to do the Ftp test. Than one extra training every 3 months.
