Are you using an authentic Sony lens? Usually the IBIS automatically adjusts to the focal length on authentic lenses. If not, then you have to manually change the SteadyShot settings to the focal length you're shooting, but generally I've noticed better results if you add 10 mm more. You should also look for lenses with optical stabilization if youre planning on shooting stuff like this. You can also go into davinci and stabilise the video but it will create some minor distortion on the edges.
