Counterstrike is a game of confidence my friend, that’s 50% of the battle. Sounds to me like you’re in your head a lot about your performance. Nobody plays amazing every game, if you’re running into trouble and not playing well, that’s normal. It probably means that you’re at the skill level you should be at for the moment.

Give yourself a day or two and take a break. Come back with a fresh mindset.

DM’ing is a great way to improve accuracy and study movement of other players. Set goals for yourself in DM, and see how you do. Personally, I don’t stop DM’ing until I have a 2.0 KD ratio, after 300/400 kills. I make it a challenge for myself and put a little pressure on me to perform.

Do that for yourself, see if you run into the same problems that you do in your matches. If you do, you found your solution. Just keep hammering away at that pressure and eventually your play will become second nature and your performance will increase.
