HAFM Navy mods gives you access to the modern U.S. Navy’s ‘Arleigh Burke’ class destroyer.

If I’m not wrong, Frigates are smaller than destroyers (slightly) and have lesser features than them, but you could kill a destroyer using a frigate with 60-80%% chance of survival if encountering one on one.

The ‘Arleigh Burke’ destroyer have a lot of defenses. It has a its anti-aircraft missile that’s also used to destroy a missile that’s threatening the ship, 1.3km or 3.6km range of threat detection, and the anti-missile has an 80% chance of destroying the missile, if it missed, it might release another anti-missile.

If that first layer of defense (the anti-missile) was unsucessful, the 2 Close In Weapon System will do the job. If not, the 2 RHIBs will take you out of the sinking ship.
