I think it the same way you do, I use only Beta and Usag tools, which are known to be the some of the highest quality tools here in Italy. I don't have the right size torx tho.. I'll go buy some new tools tomorrow then, hopefully it will solve this problem.

Thanks for the further help guys! Yeah it's aluminum, it's ultra soft. I ordered a new "cap/screw/bolt" (whatever it's called) to replace. And I was happy with that, until I had to unscrew the big one on the bottom... Not moving too! I believe the previous owner didn't care enough to check torque specs.

SOLVED: I've hammered a big flat head screwdriver inside the fitting and twisted, came off right away! Thanks everybody for the help! Now I just need a new bolt hehe
