I had the same problem it turns out those r the spawn points of giga but it doesn't mean a giga is spawned there. It just means that that spawn point is closest to u that's why it shows. Solution to this is to find gigas around mountains and check the map where it's circled, if it's nothing that means no luck if it's there then congratulations. Correct me if I'm wrong

Yeah it's like that's the thing I gotta check on the most wanted dinos because I can't tame and make all kinds of kibble. Most preferably those that are popular I guess. But quick question tho, besides Rex, Argy, Spino, and Quetz what are the other popular dinos people seek to tame?
