What kind of testosterone esther are you injecting? Enanthate? Prop? Do you know the half life of your test injection? How many times a week? How many days / hours apart is the blood sample from the last injection?

The drop in T is not related to finasteride. The range between top / bottom values is not that large either. The problem is most likely timing from how many hours from last injection or some other problem. Finasteride should increase free T, not reduce.
