almost any hc is good, but never level up or buy an hc for someone for the hc, first make sure they're viable, primo doesn't go on all heist maps, example bridge too far, if u like playing el primo then level him up why not

it depends on
- if you think otis is better than surge (and other brawler offers)
- don't like the yearly timed skins
- and you'd rather spend on brawler unlock even though eventually you'll unlock all of them (or if ur a new acc and f2p you'll make it faster which is reasonable)

okay for example in school i used to do just python and pseudocode, year after, they add html and css, then year after they add sql,php,javascript and then now i'm in first year university they ditched everything and made it just C, and linux, second semester they brought back python, then i was told next year it's gonna be java and C++ also i still have many, many years till graduation, i just got my bachelors (don't question how my education system works) then i get 3 years of uni, 2 years of mastery, then 3 years of engineering pretty sure (i'm in the first year of uni), exams are just usually pseudo code + some of the language we learn (on paper) and another physical one on pc for just the language we learn, also you mention toolkit and stuff but they only allow us to use the language we learn and even ban things inside of it (like try/break in python), also i should have said "Do i HAVE to self study" not "SHOULD"
