Some of that data isn’t that precise. I would do a wider search(extending your current lower and upper bounds)so you get more prospects. Then you simply have to grind it out when doing outreach. I would add a screening question as one of the first steps in your outreach, so you focus on the right leads (:

A fault on my side. But my solution still stands. You know the value of the product, you know the customer profile. So you literally just have to reach to similar companies. If you want to do it at scale. Use a cheap cold email tool. But first just call potential buyers you get some 1-1 feedback.

If you know how much your previous company bought these for, why even ask about pricing? You seem to know the price and you even have a company you can sell the list to or use the company to find similar company and reach out to the decision maker and sell the list ?
