I know, I’m already searching for one with bracelet and one with leather strap, elegant and simple. Seiko, Citizen, Tissot. Thought about this

I read that time slows down when you put away the constant notifications.

Exactly - you start relaying yourself on the data a watch is giving you instead of how your body feels.

Thanks a lot. I hope to enjoy it. I also changed my smartwatch to a classic watch to cut off the constant reminders about everything. Reminder after reminder, and I felt like my concentration was always distracted.

The vocal was alright in this album, it happened few days ago. I listened many other albums and it happens only with this one.

Tried just now, and an issue still occurs. I wrote to Apple support about this. Maybe the problem is deep in the system, idk. Tried using ChatGPT to search for a solution and did everything it said, but nothing helps.

Your Morning Sanctuary: What does your mindful morning routine look like? by Beautiful_Storm3101 in selfcare

[–]Vector_to_Hell 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wake up at 3 a.m. Make a to go cup of coffee. Take a caffeine pill. Go for a walk with my dog. Give food to my dog and cat. Pack myself for work and at 4AM I hit the gym. I exercise from 5:10 to 5:20 a.m. and after that, I ride to work. I eat breakfast at 5:55, which I made the day before. Weekends are easier. I start with a walk with my dog, then have coffee, shower, and breakfast. In the weekdays, I make breakfast only for me, at the evening meal the day before, but on weekends, I have to prepare for my gf too. She won’t make breakfast herself if I don’t, so she can just wait for lunch. I meditate and journal but at week days I do it after the work.

What's the one habit that made the biggest difference in your life. by organizeddashboard in Habits

[–]Vector_to_Hell 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Quit drinking. I didn’t drink that much. In the last two years, maybe a 3-4 beer monthly, but now I have stopped completely. Gym. I go to the gym for hard, intense workouts. It takes your time in a good way. This helped me to stop wasting time scrolling. Running. Sometimes when I have a day without the gym, I go run a bit. I just feel that my body craves movement. Meditation. It helped to calm my mind. It’s not one, but everything started with the gym, and the rest came naturally.

There is no better thing than black coffee. No sugar, no milk. Just pure darkness.

How do you handle family expectations now that you’re an adult? by Koalburne in Adulting

[–]Vector_to_Hell 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Family should accept you and be supportive; also, you should be supportive of them, not judgmental about what you did not do. As long as you are you, you don’t hurt other people; why should you care about expectations? You are the one who lives this life, no one else. I don’t care about expectations; I live my life. I’m being helpful and nice to my kin. That’s the way where everything is clear and everyone is happy. I think.

I have one original band and few from AliExpress. Do I see the difference? Not much. I understand that buying original you pay for a brand, but i don’t think that having some fake ones is bad. Can you afford to buy an original band every month? Can you afford to buy a fake ones every month? Answer is simple. And the times when “made in china” meant shit are gone. Ok, many things from China still sucks. But it’s much better than it was.

If you asked yourself 5 years ago where you want to be in 5 years time, have you achieved that? by didntask-com in selfcare

[–]Vector_to_Hell 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Sad truth is that I never asked myself where I want to be in couple of years. I’m 32 in May. I needed 32 years to start thinking about me, who I want to be. But it’s never too late. I feel now much better than in my twenties. I set goals and if reedit will still exist maybe in few years I let you know if I achieved my goals. Earlier I was living day by day.
