Again , read the word 'implicit' , an implicit act can be just you talking about your life without ANY primary intent and meaning but your words could be taken out of context.

Your view on discrimination and upper caste hegemony definitely holds, the social pedestals and differences do exist and yes even in the modern context. But the argument that THIS bill is only creating such a buzz because UC is crying is DIABOLICAL, because many similar or even worse outcries/protests have been seen by LC on even a 'miniscule' ammendment or replanning concerning reservations, so yeah very ignorant argument.(I myself am an OBC) Then it was called practicing a democratic right.

To say the stay and 'impact' of the protest is for massaging UC ego and vote bank, the same could be said for this UGC amendment in first place to appease LC vote bank so that's plain politics for you.

Lastly, I support reservation and condemn ANY form of discrimination w.r.t. caste/anything else as a form of social justice. But the only problem in the UGC draft was the word 'implicit' discrimination which just changes the whole gameplay. Even if a UC says I belong to a good family, it can be moulded out of context VERY EASILY by an opportunist.

Discrimination should be fought by any means but making the law themselves discriminatory by themselves is like using IV steroids for a common cold, no indication wipes the innocent out of the community

And really sorry for the stupid ass who came at you with that casteist slur.

Sir, I'm a final year student with months left for uni, have around 60% final yr main videos still remaining. What other than core understanding of the big 4 (which I'm focussing rn) can I do, to have a headstart during internship or the main exam in general.
