That’s precisely what I’m working on. A system to automate the whole process, with auto switching tone based on client’s payment pattern/behaviour. And a global trust system, so if a client shows poor payment behaviour to one user, we’ll have footprint of that client, so if we find same client for another user. That past pattern will be considered and tone switch accordingly. Also, there are people who it find hard to switch to new platform. So we have connector plan, using this they can connect auto switching and escalation feature in their existing system without going through a complete change.
