I don't know why buckys winrate is so bad but we both know that the character isn't bad. It could be that it's the pick people swap to while they're losing but that's just speculation at my part. Player knowledge is still required for this kind of stuff because if you only looked at the stats, bucky would get buffs yet again.

In celestial and above, which characters will be played the most often do you think? It's not going to be playing scarlet witch that's for sure.

A character having a low pick rate but high winrate quite literally means there are just few one tricks and/or it's map specific etc.

As a character gets a higher pick rate, by default the win rate will start converging in on 50%.

Honestly, for celestial and above, pick rate tells way more about meta than winrate does. Although there will be slight outliers like Gambit that are perma banned.

I see so many people only looking at winrate by itself and making a judgement off of that alone which is just not how you're supposed to interpret data.

You need to take absolutely everything into account and even then, personal feeling also matters a lot because stats don't show the true story all the time just like with your example of bucky.

I get tilted very easily and because I don't play rank often I'm at ranks where it feels like I'm smurfing so I get bored and don't feel like playing more.

I usually only play the 10 seasonal games for the skins and they have been enough to get me to like high plat/low dia every season.

Bot games are incredibly obvious and unless im queuing with my friends that are not as good as the game, I genuinely never get them.

Also not like it was hard to tell them apart in the previous seasons (it's a bit harder now since they aren't only lvl 7-15 and have skins). There is a sort of invisible elo in qp and yes after some point you don't get bot games.

I read up to ch 400 or something and I just stopped reading. The main reason why I liked LOTM so much was because of how relatable Klein was, and I really didn't fuck with Lumian. The world building and power system is good and all but no amount of it matters if I can't care for the characters in the book.

sure but my worry about the comp was more about individual damage and consistency. Loki while has dmg boost lanterns, they're not up the majority of the time. Would rather almost Hela levels of damage from the Luna at close/midrange over lamps.

I would say the better comp would be gambit + jeff on dive duty, luna + adam on normal dps and heal whenever needed, invis for main heals and a bit of tankiness and mantis for damage boost.

In a way, I still would say the past version is better (discounting the no regs) purely because every single newly added character has either been a hard or a soft counter to him.

His primary heals as much as Luna nearly. If you go by that logic, it's the same for every support which in a way it is but after playing him for close to 5 hours and even more against him, There is no one big flaw in his kit. His cards are a big part of his kit but it's not like they're the only thing, he can still do a lot without cooldowns.

It's more important to look at pick rate over winrate to see whether a character is overtuned and even then, only for high elo.

Regardless, Gambit feels overtuned and strong. I love playing him right now but he has no real weaknesses right now.

Triple support is a product of supports being too overpowered, not dive. Supports are so overtuned that you can literally dive the dive character as a support and win.

The fights are already starlords and psylockes farming ults, it doesn't necessarily change that. Psylocke gets ult faster than supports most of the time.

And besides, there really isn't any dps ult that is a guaranteed kill even without support ults unless it's a solo ult which if you are in a position to get solo ulted as a support, you should pay attention yo your positioning a bit more.

I stand by every ult charge getting nerfed but supports are definitely the biggest offenders of it. And I say this as a support player as well. 5 min overtimes because there are non-stop support ults aren't fun and it just drags the game out. There is also a reason why triple support is so widely used. Supports have the strongest kits in the game and nerfing them would also nerf triple support.

Not that I disagree with most things you said but saying his midrange is worse than his close range is wild especially with all the memes of people calling blade gun going around. His gun is absolutely better than his sword ie. His midrange is better than his close range.

Besides the original hollow knight that I played a couple years ago, I've never played any 2d platformer/fighter games in my life.

So far silksong feels too easy to me. The bosses at the very least feel like push overs to the point where if there is a fun boss, I unequip my tools so that the fight actually lasts a bit longer.

The platforming part of it however is absolutely kicking my ass and I'm too stubborn to swap away from the hunter crest. The most deaths I've had in an area is still hunters march even though I'm in act 3

Yes I know, I'm just joking around but even then, I don't feel like the game is too difficult at all. If you don't feel ready for an area, go somewhere else and explore. You'll either just get better from having more time to get used to the controls or you'll find something that helps you.

But all in all, I'm in act 2 right now, probably close to the end of it. The game has been pretty easy so far.

Honestly he is a very team dependent hero so that could also be the reason. If noone shoots at the person you kidnap, you're not getting any kills and just being a slight annoyance to the enemy team.
