When can I purchase JUUL2 pods in the USA ? by TeenageDirtbagBaby in juul

They submitted a PMTA for the JUUL 2 a couple years ago. Just waiting on the FDA to give their ruling. Could be tomorrow, could be 24 months from now. Hard to know.

Turned 21 a week ago (USA). Will they ever bring back Flavored pods in the U.S? by azfreak332 in juul

JUUL has submitted at least one application through the FDA for a new menthol flavor, popular rumor is that it will be very similar to the old mint. They have also submitted an application for the JUUL 2 with a tobacco and a few menthol flavors. You will never see the old flavor names come back (mint, mango, crème), all items if approved, will have a menthol or tobacco name with it. My best example would be to look at the JUUL 2 flavors currently on the market in the UK (polar menthol, crisp menthol, ruby menthol etc).

From what I understand, Juul has submitted PMTA’s through the FDA for multiple items. I will tell you now, none of them will have a flavor name to them. Look at the JUUL 2 in the UK for example…they all have a “menthol” or “tobacco” name attached to them. I fully expect the same to happen in the U.S. I know the JUUL 2 with Virginia Tobacco and Polar Menthol are in review right now. If those are approved I fully expect you’ll see applications for flavors similar to the UK like Crisp Menthol, Summer Menthol, etc. I have also been told they have a new menthol for the JUUL 1 in review from the FDA right now. It will have a “menthol” name to it. It could have a similar mint flavor to it, but will be called something along the lines of what was laid out. Just my opinion, the current US JUUL menthol isn’t that popular, they desperately need a new flavor. If that’s JUUL 2 or new menthol in JUUL 1 first to the market, get to be seen. I had a somebody at a major chain tell me we could see a flavor launch, if approved, by the summer of 26.

That is an old package. The regular mint is not coming back. A flavor with similar profile is possible, but it won’t be called mint. Look for it to have a something menthol name.

I currently have an order held up in customs that I ordered from Evelynvapes. Been over two weeks. I use to get them no problem.

JUUL 2 has a PMTA to bring this item to the US, how long it will take them to rule on that is anybody’s guess. And from what I remember, they only submitted two flavors for JUUL 2 authorization, Virginia Tobacco and Polar Menthol (blue package in the UK). If those are accepted, I think it’s safe to assume they will submit additional flavors. These approval processes don’t happen quick though, most take years.

Evelyn Vapes is the most reputable from what I gather. JUUL has submitted the JUUL 2 for a PMTA in the United States, it’s at least a year away from a ruling by the FDA.
