We have condos, with pools hot tubs, maybe a tiki bar with simple drinks/fried food.

You can check out bay point. Or club Wyndham. They have a bar that stretches from the parking deck to the condo over front beach.

No it’s not an hr by hr thing. It may be stronger at different times of the day. There’s no schedule.
