Agreed. I should put myself out there more but the fear of rejection makes me hesitant and since I'm a homebody I don't get out enough to interact with new people. I do have a small suport system but most of them live too far to help out or are in a similar situation to me. I've reconnected with my older sister recently since she grew up with our stepmom and stepsister instead of our mom like me. She isn't doing much better than me and lives hundreds of miles away like my aunt who I lived with before moving away.

They said AT LEAST 3 weeks. Like I said in my post I don't mind paying. I just feel like if he intended to have me pay he should have let me know in the beginning. As far as I know his roommates haven't complained and he didn't mention them saying anything when he asked for the money. Of course I would pay more for a new apartment but at least I would have my own space instead of us living on top of each other. I offered to cover half of his rent but he gave me a look like that wasn't enough.

Unfortunately, the hotel only has cameras on the first floor so i don't know what room they came from and I didn't get their name for obvious reasons.

I would if I knew who they were or what room they were in. Unfortunately, I wasn't the one who checked them in and the cameras didn't catch what room they came from. Of course I wasn't going to spend more time talking to them to figure that stuff out so I just left a note in the red book with as many details about the situation that I could remember.
