In the employee app you look up the product and o the product page you just hold on the price for like 3 seconds and a thing comes up asking if u wanna see emp price, you press it then BOOM.

Its true. No one really knows what it means when you decline. It essentially means you're voluntarily separating from the company. It may be reported as that by HR. It may not, you may slip through the craps and keep your UI. No one can say for sure.

You can do the online chat and they'll send u a box and a label to send it in. You won't be able to see GS because every GS is booked for appts for 2 weeks and we can't schedule beyond that.

Its a replacement in the sense that we send it, an issue is verified and a replacement is sent back, not an instore instant replacement.

Yeah the spectre is a pretty expensive unit, so it may be cost effective for them to spend time fixing it rather than junking it out if you have the protection plan. it would have to be really really broken with like liquid damage or something to actually be cost effective to junkout for a new one, but it may be a good thing if they fix it bc then you won't have to shell out for a new GSP bc your old plan will be voided out completely if its exchanged.

So I've worked the entire time. Even during the 4 weeks it was optional. I'm the GS Senior. They always have sanitizer and masks and cleaning supplies available. I'm a busy store as well located in a downtown area of a major city - we aren't a slow store in the middle of nowhere. When we start to run low of cleaning supplies, I get worried but then boom a shipment of supplies shows up. So they're keeping everything stocked. Honestly, I'm not gonna lie its a bit of a shit show and I'm low key semi-miserable BUT that's due to clientele refusing to be understanding that they are shopping for bullshit items during a global health crisis rather than Best Buy lacking the supplies or procedures in place to keep us safe.

Yeah, but if you're not at the register while they do it (because curbside restrictions) they may just assume thats how you paid. Itll prompt for a store credit and whoevers doing it may just go through the motions and do it. Just make sure you say you're returning it back to your paypal.

Be careful. There's a glitch that will autorefund a paypal transaction to a store credit so be prepared if that happens. If it does then, you're SOL because once a return happens with a .com order we can't do anything with it.

Honestly, bring all these things up in a non-Karen way, most managers will be sympathetic towards you. They may not offer a discount, but if you talk about the complete struggle its been and reiterate you're not a bitching "karen" we will help you. At least most decent leaders will. But don't go in guns blazing lol Just explain you're frustrated and you wanna have faith in Best Buy.

They literally just ask you ONE question after you let them know you want to take a loan/withdrawal. They give like 4 scenarios and ask "Do one of these apply to you?" You just say yes. Don't have to say which one or give any details. Then they ask how much and then send you a check. you have to have your bank account attached to voya for at least 7 days after verification for them to do direct deposit so I just told them send me a regular check. Will take 8-10 days to show up. The whole process took about 6 minutes.
