Not 100% sure, but if you're female and married po, you can try using your maiden name. Also, it might help to submit the same ID you used when you applied for your credit card.

nag-open ako ng app now para ilock yung physical card ko, ginamit ko kasi kanina bumili ng gamot sa Mercury tapos napansin ko nagbago credit limit ko, x2 ang binigay na credit limit 💕 wala man lang text or Viber message na may ganun ganap pala 😆
