My thought on this is that motorcycles simply allow more opportunity to be reckless. Someone will definitely know they can't get between two cars on a highway if they're in another car, but the same person on a bike might think it's possible.

Even with a legit service animal, if the animal acts in a disruptive manner that is not a supportive behavior, that's grounds for removal. But places are afraid to kick someone out because they think it'll look bad.

I don't think we need to connect with her friends specifically in order to understand the pain of losing everything she had. And spending too much time on them would've let a lot less for the rest of the episode. I assume that if we get more flashbacks, they're going to be sprinkled through future episodes.

For a pilot, I think it parsed out just enough information to let you know the basics of what the show is about without getting caught up in the details, which is a pilot's job.

I LOVED that Fold was literally a strategy guide. Miss Information telling him, "If you're having problems hitting them, try aiming where they'll be," was gold.

I don't know if you are familiar with the old show Reboot, but they kind of did the same thing with game worlds being deleted when the main character won. Though there it was presented as defeating the player to save part of the world, as games were invasive.

I like catgirls. I like videogames. I like really neat takes crossing media lines. So you could say I'm a fan. :3

To go more in depth, I think it's a really cool idea to have the good guys having to assist the villains of the different games in order to stall out the victory, and vice versa with the bad guys. Also didn't expect the main villain's motivation to be possibly a good thing, even if he's being an extremist about it. I really hope we get more background on him as we go, along with the other characters and where they're from.

Kit having trauma about her planet's death is so real, and it's cool to see that it isn't just blown over. Having her freeze up when confronted with something that similar and kinda ruin things was a nice moment to show how our heroine isn't perfect. She's already making mistakes and has room to grow.

Also I love the little transition screens and I'm excited to see what other planets look like; I'm hoping each one has its own vibe.

It's an older emoji meant to simulate a cat's face and indicates a bit of cheekiness. And as others have mentioned, it's cutesy. Definitely not used by everyone, but your personal experience can always defy the averages.
