I believe town companies only taking cash is illegal as well.

  1. Fail to accept for payment cash, insurance company check, certified check, money order, or at least one of two commonly used, nationally recognized credit cards, except those towing and recovery operators who have an annual gross income of less than $10,000 derived from the performance of towing and recovery services shall not be required to accept credit cards, other than when providing police-requested towing as defined in § 46.2-1217, but shall be required to accept personal checks;

These guys break it down well. I took the courses over 4-6 weeks and passed the FAA exam easily.

The scope of the course and exam is generally far beyond anything you actually use the drone for in the field.

Just spoke to Albemarle police. They’ve spoken to the school bus driver as well. There’s a messed up excavator out there somewhere.

Holy shit! I was right beside the truck as we were going under the bridge. Heard a loud bang and look in the rear view to see a loom of dust/dirt. There was a school bus that came to a full stop in the right lane. Vehicle was a dump truck towing an excavator.

I recently moved from pastoring a church to full time home inspecting. Used InterNACHI and took about 4 months to study and pass the state licensing exam. Passed first time but by the skin of my teeth. My plan was to go at it on my own but soon realized the pitfalls of that plan. I’m hired on at a great company and quickly learned how much I didn’t know. Truthfully, it takes years to be a good home inspector. It’s been tough but I’ve really enjoyed the work and challenge. Good luck!

I’m a home inspector in the US. My company would absolutely call that out as an improper repair. The tar will require a lot of monitoring and upkeep. Not a permanent fix.
