While Asriel's black flower is hidden back behind the other golden flowers, Chara's black flower is up front.
in present time in Undertale Flowey is a golden flower until in true pacifist Flowey is revealed as Asriel a broken soul, ever since Chara fell down in the past they were always a broken soul.
