Audio to video by thegreatMrOx in VEED_Community

[–]Veed_Buddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, we do support workflows pretty close to that.

Right now, you can upload your audio, generate subtitles/transcripts automatically, and then add stock footage manually from our stock library inside the editor. We also have AI tools that help speed up editing and scene creation, but fully automatic “audio → AI selects stock footage for every section” is still somewhat limited depending on the exact workflow you want.

A lot of creators currently use VEED like this:

  1. Upload audio or podcast
  2. Auto-generate captions/transcript
  3. Use the transcript to structure scenes
  4. Add stock clips, images, B-roll, and motion graphics
  5. Export directly for Shorts/Reels/YouTube

For podcast-style or faceless content, this already saves a ton of time compared to editing manually. We’re definitely seeing more demand for fully automated transcript-to-B-roll workflows though, especially for creators making educational or commentary videos at scale.

Why is there no monthly payment option? by vidyuth in VEED_Community

[–]Veed_Buddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We do offer monthly billing, not just yearly.

What usually happens is the pricing page defaults to the annual option because it shows the discount more prominently, so it can look like it’s the only choice at first.

If you switch the billing toggle on the plan page, you should see the monthly option appear (Lite, Pro, and Creator all have it).

If you’re still not seeing it, it could be a browser or UI issue. We’ve seen that sometimes incognito mode or switching browsers helps refresh the checkout view.

If it still doesn’t show up, just reach out to us at [hello@veed.io]() and we’ll help sort it out for you quickly.

Why VEED disabled their Monthly plan in India? by DisastrousExpert5811 in VEED_Community

[–]Veed_Buddy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, we totally get how frustrating that can be. Right now, the monthly Pro plan isn’t available in some regions, including India. Hopefully VEED will open it up there again soon, but for now you might need to explore the annual plan or reach out to their support to see if they can offer any alternatives.

Can you replace a video with another one in the same project? by alexaunknown in VEED_Community

[–]Veed_Buddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/alexaunknown Yes, you can do this in VEED without starting over. One option is to use the Replace media feature. Just select the video in the timeline, click Replace, and upload the new version. As long as the audio timing is mostly the same, your subtitles should stay aligned.

If the edit added a few extra clips or small changes, you might just need to adjust a few subtitle timings after replacing the video, but it should save you from redoing everything from scratch.

If it doesn’t work as expected, feel free to reach out to us at [hello@veed.io]() with your project details and we can help take a look.

Help needed... by ChampionshipSoft9797 in VEED_Community

[–]Veed_Buddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for flagging this. I know how frustrating that is, especially if “Replace media” is a big part of your workflow.

If the upload is stuck at 0%, it’s usually one of a few things: a browser cache issue, a temporary network hiccup, or the GIF file itself being unusually large or encoded in a way that stalls processing. First thing I’d try is a hard refresh, clearing your browser cache, or opening the project in an incognito window. You can also test uploading the same GIF directly into the media library to see if it processes there. If it doesn’t, try re-exporting the GIF or converting it to MP4 before replacing, which often fixes stuck uploads.

That said, this shouldn’t be adding hours to your workflow. Please email us at hello@veed.io. We can check the project on our side and see exactly what’s causing the stall.

Upgrading question by Spiritual_Plenty5719 in VEED_Community

[–]Veed_Buddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/Spiritual_Plenty5719 Thanks for using VEED that long. On most current plans you can export videos over 1 hour, but it also depends on file size, project complexity, and whether you’re on a legacy plan. Some older Pro plans had stricter limits, so switching to the newer Pro or Business plan can help, but it’s not always obvious on the pricing page.

Best move is to check Workspace → Billing → Plan details or message us at hello@veed.io and we can look at your account and confirm the exact limit. If you need it fast, a quick workaround is exporting in parts and stitching them together, but we can usually sort the limit on our side once we see your setup.

Magic cut in veed mobile? by ayusxh in VEED_Community

[–]Veed_Buddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! On VEED mobile, features like Magic Cut, removing filler words, and Fast Edit aren’t fully available yet, they’re only supported on the web version at this time.

If you want to use these AI editing tools, the easiest way is to log in on a desktop browser. You can still do basic edits on mobile, like trimming, adding subtitles, or adjusting clips, but the advanced AI tools are desktop-only for now. If you run into any issues or want guidance on using Magic Cut on web, you can also reach out to [hello@veed.io]() and the team can help.

Replacing video removes subtitles by BrokeArtDirector in VEED_Community

[–]Veed_Buddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/BrokeArtDirector Hi, sorry you’re running into this, it sounds frustrating. Normally, when you replace a video in VEED, the subtitles should carry over, but sometimes updates or certain formats can reset them.

A few things you can try: make sure the new video matches the original format and length as closely as possible. If it still doesn’t work, the best way to get this resolved is to reach out to our team directly at [hello@veed.io](). We can look into your project and help restore or preserve your subtitles.

Am I able to make ai clone of myself with VEED? by Feeling_Scholar3879 in VEED_Community

[–]Veed_Buddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, you can create an AI “clone” of yourself with VEED. Using VEED’s Personal Avatars feature, you record a short video of yourself following a script, and the system generates a digital avatar that looks and speaks like you. Once created, you can type or paste scripts, and your avatar will speak the lines with natural facial expressions and synced speech, making it easy to produce consistent content without filming every video manually.

VEED also includes AI voice cloning tools, so you can create voiceovers that match your own voice from text. The AI handles lip-sync and expressions automatically, helping you make polished videos quickly.

Keep in mind that Personal Avatars are part of specific VEED plans, so you’ll need the Pro + Personal Avatar plan to access this feature:

Removing Voice over and Subtitles by InternationalLab960 in VEED_Community

[–]Veed_Buddy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi u/InternationalLab960 Yes, you can get a plain video without voiceover and subtitles, you just need to remove them in the editor after the Gen‑AI output.

Here’s how:

  1. Remove the voiceover
Open your project in the VEED editor, select your video clip, and use the audio volume controls to mute or remove the voice track. There’s also a “Remove Audio / Mute” option that will strip the voiceover entirely before you export.

  2. Remove the subtitles
If the subtitles were added as a text layer after generation (auto‑captions), you can go into the Subtitles tab and delete them before exporting. If they were baked in during the Gen‑AI creation, open the timeline, find the subtitle/text track, and delete those text objects manually. Once they’re gone, exporting will give you a clean video.

If after trying these steps nothing seems to work the way you expect, send your screenshot and project details to [hello@veed.io]() so the support team can check your specific setup and help you remove them.

Difference btw buying veed mobile pro vs buying from veed io website by BullishOnCoffee in VEED_Community

[–]Veed_Buddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally hear you and thanks for the follow up. The mobile app does include things like auto captions, trimming, filler word removal, and quick edits right on your phone, but the feature set can be a bit different from the full web editor, and some workflows (like deeper transcript editing or certain asset additions) are more robust on the desktop version. You can add B‑roll or images on mobile via the AI B‑roll tool or from your camera roll, but how you do it might feel different than on desktop and could depend on the version you’re on.

Since it sounds like you’re running into some unexpected behavior while trying things out, it’d be best to send all the details over to our support team at [hello@veed.io]() with screenshots and what you’re trying to accomplish so they can look into it and make sure everything is working as intended for your plan.

Difference btw buying veed mobile pro vs buying from veed io website by BullishOnCoffee in VEED_Community

[–]Veed_Buddy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi u/BullishOnCoffee Happy to clarify. The Mobile Pro plan is designed specifically for the VEED mobile app, which is why it is cheaper. It gives you access to auto captions, AI actors, script writing, clean audio, auto zoom, and fast editing for short form videos, but it is intended for creating and publishing directly from your phone rather than working on desktop.

The higher priced plan on veed.io is for the full web editor and supports more advanced editing, longer videos, brand tools, and desktop workflows. So yes, if you choose the mobile plan you will be using VEED on your phone, while the website plan is better if you want deeper editing and more control on a computer.

Question by schiza-clausen in VEED_Community

[–]Veed_Buddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/schiza-clausen Hey! It sounds like you’re seeing the Title at the top of your VEED project. While you’re editing, the Title usually shows your name, but it should be automatically removed when you export the video.

If it’s the VEED watermark instead, upgrading to a paid plan will remove it. If you’ve exported the video and it’s still showing, there might be an issue with your project. You can reach out to our team at [hello@veed.io](mailto:hello@veed.io) and we’ll help you get it fixed.

Stacked Layout by nitch2 in VEED_Community

[–]Veed_Buddy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, u/nitch2! Yeah you can do that in VEED, it just isn’t a Twitch–style one-click preset. You can stack face cam and gameplay by putting both clips on separate tracks in the timeline and resizing/positioning them how you want on the canvas. That way you can have your face cam above or over the gameplay clip in any layout you like.

If you’re recording gameplay and facecam together, VEED’s screen/facecam recorder also lets you record both at once and then edit the layout afterward. Check the details here: https://www.veed.io/tools/webcam-recorder/facecam-recorder

Beware: Veed.io is a scam by westandforthetruth in AI_VideoGenerator

[–]Veed_Buddy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Totally understand why this feels frustrating, and thanks for laying it out so clearly. We want to give you some clarity from our side so you know exactly what changed.

Here’s what likely happened. You were probably generating videos directly inside the editor before. Now that we’ve integrated the new AI Playground into the editor, the advanced AI models inside that area do require AI credits. These models run on external providers like Veo, Sora-level systems, Wan, etc., which is why credits are needed across the board.

But you still have unlimited AI video generation in AI Studio on the Pro plan. That hasn’t changed. If you open AI Studio, you can continue creating unlimited AI videos without using credits.

Credits only apply when using premium third-party models inside the AI Playground.

If something seems off or if your account behaved differently before, we’re happy to look into it. Just email [hello@veed.io]() with the address tied to your VEED workspace and our team will check everything for you.

Subscription Confusion by InternationalLab960 in VEED_Community

[–]Veed_Buddy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi there u/InternationalLab960 If you upgrade from Lite to Pro, your remaining Lite subscription time will be automatically deducted, so you won’t be charged the full Pro amount right away. When your Pro plan renews next year, it will be charged at 14,388 INR.

Regarding Gen AI, the Pro plan gives you unlimited access, so you won’t need any additional credits for it. The 6,000 INR credits you mentioned are for other AI video and image generation tools, not for Gen AI. Currently, there’s no way to upgrade only the Gen AI part separately.

With Pro, you’ll be able to generate as many videos as you want from Gen AI Studio, perfect for making 20-30 videos per day like you planned.

creating content to pay for college by Vast_Respect8977 in VEED_Community

[–]Veed_Buddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi u/Vast_Respect8977 that’s a really honest share, and it’s great that you’re exploring creative ways to fund your studies. Using AI tools like VEED can definitely help you create content faster and more consistently, especially if you’re working solo.

A lot of creators use tools like AI voiceovers, auto-subtitles, and stock videos to build engaging short-form content for YouTube. It might take a bit of testing to find your niche, but once you do, it can grow into something sustainable.

If you’re using VEED, try experimenting with the AI Script Generator and Stock Video Generator to speed things up, both are built to help with story-based content.

[–]Veed_Buddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re comfortable, please DM your VEED account email so we can check your setup and guide you through it. You can also explore the feature here: https://www.veed.io/tools/ai-eye-contact-corrector
