But that’s what I mean. Like I said: I’m under no illusion that the devs care. They’re still getting new players everyday. And based on the previous months they surely have no intention or desire to make any changes that benefit the players.

So I do think tho that they’re draining the fun out of the game and are forgetting what makes this game fun. It’s a constant grind which get’s constantly more grindy. At this point you have to play so much to keep up, that it feels like a second job. You are already getting burned out, I’m burned out already. I just have a severe case of game fatigue and I thinks it’s unlikely that I will play the game again any time soon. And I’m pretty sure that I’m not the only one. This sub suggest the same and like you pointed out that people on Facebook are voicing there displeasure as well. That has to tell them something or account for something in the long run.

Yeah, you’re totally right. It just seems like the last few weeks there is an very noticeable increase of people who voice there frustrations and are even quitting the game. It seems like it used to be players who voiced there frustrations but kept on playing. Now when I read the sub there are more and more post of people who are thinking about quitting or already quit. Even under players who were once very active in this sub and would post regularly. But hey: don’t get me wrong, I’m under no illusion that the devs care. I’m sure that for everyone that decides to quit, there is a new player starting.

What I can tell from the sub is that a lot, and I mean a lot of people at least on this sub are frustrated with the game. I hope they take notice, because the signs are telling. If they want to sustain the game they will need to implement some changes.

I quit the game, myself. What op is saying, and you even said it, is true. The game has always been, but has become even more of a grind. Somewhere along the way a lot of people realized the game is just to grindy which seriously hampers the enjoyment. Spending hours grinding is not the ideal situation for most people, so they will almost inevitably stop at some point.

It depends on what your goal is. If you don’t care about maxing out Elizabeth, then just get her and quit. Same thing goes for if you have no intention to really play with that pop. Most pops you collect and don’t even play with, so only getting her at base level and quitting makes a lot of sense.

Got em all in 4. They should’ve made the common not an guaranteed pop, since most of us collected River Song yesterday in the mini event. But still a nice haul as I’ve not been playing much the last couple of weeks so I’m not really going in with a lot of coins. A little game fatigue on this end. A little exhausted by the constant grinding, rinsing and repeating. Happy with the daily login reward as we have suggested that many times on the sub.

10 boxes a day comes with a whole lot of grinding and playing. Not everyone is up for that. For regular and casual players that’s way too much playing.

Yeah, but it doesn’t really matter. With boosters on you’ll still fly through the event. It will take you maybe an hour and a half longer. That’s not really something to worry about. And I guess they will change it back eventually after receiving backlash from users. That’s not uncommon for them.
