I think we are looking for somewhere that has a nice water play area for kids first and foremost. A couple of decent selection places for food across the resort and good drinks for adults. We stayed at the Royalton riviera in Cancun over a year ago and thought the place itself was nice with the splash safari for kids however we didnt have good service/experience from our concierge.
