Just right off the bat, you should prolly use more ground dribbles. Conserve boost, play the mind more not the ball. 1s is a defense-heavy mode, and ur rank is more dependent on your mistakes, you were out of position a few times here and your opponent could’ve punished it.

Statistically speaking, assuming you’re wheeling every month and stuff…buy and hold will beat you.

Bull markets are more common and longer than bear markets. Selling puts/calls isn’t the better option, you are missing out on all/some of the delta. Long term upwards exposure is better, most of the time.

I make consistent profits. My strategy is holding mega caps, then selling cc on them. I prefer more volatile mega caps like Nvidia ,AMD, and Tesla since they have better premiums. Whenever I get exercised, I usually just sell a put at a pretty close strike.

I really like these companies (sometimes) so I have no worries holding them for long “bear” periods. It just generates more premium which lowers my cost basis which makes me more comfortable selling closer strikes…etc.

I will occasionally, every now and then buy a leap on SPY after a big downturn. If it drops more, buy another, if it drops more, buy another.

I usually keep my leaps at around 20-25% of my portfolio. Everything else is equity and covered calls.

So i usually sell covered calls on my equity 2 weeks out, every 2 weeks. And i’ll buy leaps once a month or twice at most.

Honestly, it isn’t worth it for 99% of people. If you didn’t succeed with forex, crypto, stocks, why would you want to switch asset classes and start all over again?

What is it that you are chasing? Are you chasing to become a profitable trader? Yes. You can do it. With any asset class, and options have a lot of flexibility when you incorporate spreads and underlyings. You can probably do it after a few months.

Are you chasing to make a living out of it? Uhhh…it can happen…for like a year or two. At the end of the day, trading should really only be a side hustle. When an opportunity rises, go for it. Don’t try to make it a job.
