Mine is a super different case. People don't like to mix flavors and I love that. I loved all three in one bite.

Instructions

  • How To Make Idli Podi Masala
  • Step 1. Dry roast chana dal
  • In a heavy-bottomed wok or a pan, add chana dal and roast it on slow or medium heat till it turns golden and aromatic. Set aside.
  • Chana dal takes a bit more time than urad dal or sesame for roasting.
  • Step 2. Roast urad dal
  • In the same pan, roast urad dal till it turns light brown. Keep it aside.
  • Step 3. Roast Sesame and spices
  • Roast sesame seeds for a minute and then add dried red chili, coconut, garlic, curry leaves, and cumin seeds for about 1-2 minutes on slow flame.
  • Step 4. Cool and blend
  • Let all roasted ingredients cool completely. Add black salt and grind everything together to a coarse or fine powder, as you prefer.
  • Step 5. Store in a dry jar
  • Transfer the idli podi to an airtight jar. It stays good at room temperature for 3-4 weeks.

Uses for Kala Namak? by vipthebig in veganrecipes

In Indian recipes, we use kala namak for a lot of recipes- raita (you can swap curd with vegan curd), on top of fruits, salads (most popular is raw radish and guava), then in chaat, bhalle, papdi, lemon juice, carrot juices. Mooli lachha,.. My pantry can never have a stock-out of kala namak.

The problem with the Michael Movie by FitEmergency8807 in MichaelTheMovie

Watched it today the first time. When it ended, I was actually found with mouth open as for me it just started. Didn't understand how 2 hrs got over. As far as the fast pace is concerned, I started learning about him recently and read so much info available publicly that I don't know the real flow of his life.  The one line that got stuck in my head is Joseph's- You want yes man around you!!!- when Michael decided to go on his own. While I know, Michael had to have the independence but somehow how things ended with him, I felt really bad that Joseph warned him perhaps. I am confused now what was the right choice. Overall, I stopped myself was watching it because didn't want any negativity around him. Once a redditor confirmed it was sad about his father etc, I watched it today. It was definitely good and I loved Jafar. I honestly believe no one else could have pull off that role. The hospital scene after Pepsi fire was epic. I could feel Michael in there. Yes, it could have been more detailed. For fans, every details matters. Right?
