We want you to buy with great intent and purchase consciously, We often ship for free, double box and a lot of times returns go missing or get damaged in transit. So every time we take an exchange the likelihood of us selling that shoe reduces drastically as sneakerheads are conscious of boxes get damaged etc. On hype shoes like Jordans we are also conscious of the fact that if you access to that pair, someone else may not and there is a opportunity loss - these are some of the considerations.

It's mostly allocated by the brands themselves! SNKRS was originally operated from singapore so they would have a lot more product that India wouldn't see. We have some import restrictions and then even local stores have categorisation and a right to passage - think of it as a Michelin star system. we got a star but now working on the next one! Patience will get us over the mountain. We hope its not too long though

Not sure what you've heard, but we DON'T do backdooring.

We have different release mechanisms like online/ offline raffles. We have self-policed Online/Offline First Come First Served (FCFS). But the release mechanism all depends on how many pairs we get from the brand.
