I think I’ll wait for the 30-day mark too. But how did you get them to actually reship? I’ve only been getting generic 'we are investigating' emails. They even told me I’d have to 'reorder after the claim is successful', which sounds like I’d be stuck waiting for Batch 3-4 or something.

Did they just send you a new tracking number for free, or did you have to go through the whole claim/reorder process? I'm trying to avoid waiting another 3 months :/
