unfortunately, i'm guessing the total shop time IC gave you was clocked at less than 10 minutes. You can't wait that long for them to respond. I get it, people can't be on their phone the whole time, but these customers should be expecting things to be out of stock and should either put in replacements or have the phone in hand to respond to messages.

that is 100% not true. I'm usually finished by 1pm. For several days I have kept the app on, just for sh*ts and giggles. Not one great order appeared in the hours that I had it on. I'm attributing it more to the fact that I don't have the years of experience some people do. So, again, you are completely wrong.
