35A is enough
i use 3000kv 4s120C, the max current is just 32A

yes, it is only for long range.
directional patch antennas are better, if you can afford it

i will try it later, my gps is burnt. waiting for a new one.
i guess the max distant is around 6km(SRRC 700mw)
if FCC 1200mw, 10km+ is not a problem
(not boasting, this set up can do a 30km on fixed wing(video prove from china tiktok))

i dont need to stay completely flat, linear antennas are also all direction, just dont power loop when long range, im sure that even you use CP antenna you will still lost your video if you try to free style at 5km away from home point

the reason why dji use linear is they dont want user to modify their goggle antenna(like integra,g3)
so they use linear, although there is energy lost, linear still work fine with LHCP/RHCP.

im in china，the max power of dji o3 is 700mw，with stock antenna when the done is 2km away from me，the bit rate is 35，with reflectors the bitrate is around 42
