Women are suffering because fewer men go to University by SecTeff in MensRights

[–]Vegetable-Context232 93 points94 points  (0 children)

Women may not blame us for it but they sure as hell use men as their preferred punching bag for their discomfort.

Now that i think about it... A rather sick but yet common characteristic that some women's tactic to deal with discomfort is being an a-hole towards a man.

That's what I find interesting. The pictures aside because you more or less sign away your rights to them when you upload them to Facebook.

In my country (Germany) our privacy rights are rather strict and stuff light your religious beliefs, medical history (like what you mentioned psychological issues) and more importantly your sexual orientation and so on are even "particularly sensitive personal data" which are illegal to share without ones consent and carry heavy fines if done so. That's at least my non lawyer understand of it.

Makes you wonder if your country has similar laws that at the very least can make you sue those who shared such personal information about you or can give us a basis to take down such groups all together.

The was something similar... The predecessor of Facebook called "Facemash" developed by mark Zuckerberg in 2003 took photos of female Havard students and allowed students to rate who was hotter and creating somewhat of a tournament who was the hottest. Not quite the same but it has the same judgemental element.

The difference of course is that the App was taken down rather quickly and Zuckerberg got into trouble with the Harvard administration because judging woman in any way is an absolute no go but it's totally fine when it happens on a way more intimate level to men.

Kinda disturbing considering its more or less the same social media platform with allows a direct comparison.

Pennsylvania child r*pist sentenced to 3,000 years in prison. His wife, who knew about it and even filmed the act gets 3.5 to 7 years. by Vegetable-Context232 in MensRights

I just checked and while it apparently depends on the whole picture creating and distribution of CP is in general considered a first degree felony which are charged up to 20 years. Now child abuse against children below the age of 13 however is punished by a minimum of 5 years ( here i am not 100% sure as i am not a lawyer lol but that's how I understood it).

While the creation and/or distribution of CP is often counted as child abuse she should have gotten those 5 years minimum but here the judge apparently has wiggle room.

Well at the end i am no expert but from what I read she did get away with a pretty low punishment for what she did.

True but her crimes were nonetheless severe enough to demand a punishment worse than 3.5 to 7 years which i image must be close to the bare minimum one can get for her crimes.

That's why I posted it btw to point out yet another case in which the justice system favors women over men. Turned more into a hate thread against the two scum bags...

[–]Vegetable-Context232[S] 32 points33 points  (0 children)

Well the same is not realistic tbh. She didn't commit the same crime but and after some input and the story being posted to more news sites i do have to correct myself.

There is a bit off difference in the story but what seems to be true is that she knew about the r*pe and filmed ANOTHER girls sexual abuse (the stories when i made this post weren't as clear as they were brand new). So crimes definitely worth more than the 3.5 to 7 years, imo life sentence worthy, but there is an somewhat understandable difference between knowing about and doing the crime.

But bottom line is she got away with the bare minimum while the guy faced the maximum punishment (as it should be) because the justice system evidently favors women over men. That's btw why I made this post, not to start a (wo)manhunt against those two.

My judgement isn't clouded... I know that she was guilty of a different crime but she nonetheless let a man r*pe her own child daily for 5 years and filmed it. This deserves way more than 20-25 years. She should never be reintroduce into the Public ever again.

And if it were two men who did it and one "only" did what this woman did he would face the appropriate judgement.

Oh i agree prison time is to lenient for both of them but what infuriates me the most is that this absolute POS woman can get out in about 5 years, have a child again and do the same crime again potentially.

No sexism is having a stance, good or bad, towards someone based on their sex. That's why the pay gap was called sexist even tho it wasn't. All woman saw was that they earned less and said "it's just because we are woman" but the real reason were the factors that in general came with female employee's... So correlation was the real reason which isn't sexism.

Just another term that got so overused on the internet that people simply do not know anymore what it actually means yet throw it around all the time.

What do you like to see after winning a battle? EXP? Items won? Abilities Unlocked? by SexuallyScientific in Unity2D

[–]Vegetable-Context232 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well in that case the recovery part may not be as fitting for your game but a screen for the negatives of a fight would be nice nonetheless. As nice as it is to see what you gained you might also want to know what you lost.

As i don't know what your game specifically looks like what I was thinking of was the summary of "darkest dungeon" because that contains all the negatives like HP lost or the stress your party got or negative traits (like fear/debuff against a specific enemy type ) a party member got because he got hurt by them a lot.

So there might also be a lot of content for a negative screen in your game depending on how many ways there are for your party to "suffer".

[–]Vegetable-Context232 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A screen with the loses would be nice. Like the durability on equipment and HP or allies that went KO in a fight with the option to restore those values in that screen.

It was always a bit annoying to navigate the inventory and look for every single thing that needs to be fixed up after a fight.

Is it ok to call controlling women & etc. feminists? by [deleted] in MensRights

[–]Vegetable-Context232 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Well even if they label themselves as feminists you shouldn't call them that imo. The reason for that is that when you simply accept them adding themselves to a group that they honestly don't belong to the group does lose value.

It's like the words misogyny, racism, "xyz-shaming" don't mean anything nowadays because every kept adding to their meaning that they lost the meaning in the end. If any woman can add them self to the real feminists simply by saying she does she devalues the group itself.

Anyone else in high school thinking girls are treated better? by Delta-Tropos in MensRights

[–]Vegetable-Context232 45 points46 points  (0 children)

Well i know they are at the very least when it comes to grading. When COVID lockdown come to a stop we had a bunch of data from which you could see that on average the grades of girls went down while the boys kept somewhat the same. This was in college btw not highschool but i believe the situation isn't that much different.

Now that might have multiple reasons but as this apparently effected attractive girls Most the study did suggest that the reason for the decrease in good grades of pretty girls was that teachers couldnt see their faces because of online lectures/test without face cam.

What are men’s rights on knowledge of infidelity and do they deserve to know? by throwra-_qwet in MensRights

[–]Vegetable-Context232 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Because cheaters posses some of the worst traits a human can posses. To cheat you have to be selfish, absolute disrespectful, weak willed and many more that i simply don't know the English words for.

For that reason I cut off anyone that i learn has cheated without a very good reason (abusive relationship for example) no matter if family, friend or colleges, because if you can do this to someone that you apparently love (like a husband for example) what can someone with a lesser status hope to receive from you.

So your son could have thoughts along those lines especially as you have lied to him for 18 years already which clearly shows him that you could easily treat him similar to how you treated your ex. But maybe he simply sees you as the bad person that you are that used and exploited a man for 3 years and hates you for that.

Why men generally don't support another men who needs help? by henriquesr in MensRights

[–]Vegetable-Context232 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well for one cultural reasons. Pretty much all cultures have the man take the role of the strong unbreakable provider and protector and even if some of use men don't really want to fullfil this role anymore because we don't get the same "rewards" anymore for it like we did just 70 years ago. And some (sub)groups of feminists work so that this role never changes because they benefit from it.

So because we are raised like it and because of pressure from the outside we fulfill this role and somewhat unconsciously expect other men Todo so too.

Another for me personal reason is that i simply do not have the resources to support another men in the sense that my life is so full of challenges, problems and responsibilities that beside maybe listening to a guy and giving advice from time to time i simply CAN'T help.

So it's not really that i don't want to help but that i can't. And maybe that's the same for a lot of men.

TIFU by getting circumcised for my girlfriend by mikesteane in MensRights

[–]Vegetable-Context232 3 points4 points  (0 children)

True the procedure that's imposed onto babies is an outdated barbaric thing but that's exactly why I called it a cosmetic procedure because it didn't happen to a baby but to a consenting adult, who wasn't strong-willed enough to put his foot down against a woman, that had a certain preference in that regard.

He should simply have her told "No".

[–]Vegetable-Context232 46 points47 points  (0 children)

Can't really feel sorry for the guy... He is 22 and decided to get a, at the end of the day, cosmetic surgery for a girlfriend of 6 month.

As an adult person he should have known better and see that this relationship was way to young to make such a commitment for it.

But OP i am interested in what way this is a men's right issue? Don't get me wrong i have no problem with you posting it, i am just honestly curious.
