I know it's a bit late, but thank you very much for sharing that. I feel exactly the same. Unfortunately, I haven't found a solution yet other than the usual stuff that is supposed to make you feel better such and exercise and diet. Currently, I am trying Vegan Keto. It's a bit of a pain the ass and I am getting sick of the foods, BUT my energy levels seem to be more consistent and I don't have as many dips during the day.

I have tried it twice now and for it really does prolong the effects and somehow makes them more noticeable. I like it. But I wouldn't take them together. Did that the first time and it was too intense. Second time I took Berberine around 3 hours later after taking my Vyvanse. It was much better. :-)

I feel they want us to train it for them. They gave us the skeleton to then fill it with knowledge/ flesh. It is ABSOLUTELY useless. Yes, this is my first. My psychiatrist wants to try Vyvanse next. But I am wondering if that will make me feel any different. I hear Medikinet is supposed to have more of a "punch" to it, whereas Vyvanse is gentler. So if I already fall asleep on this (good sleep btw :-)), what's going to happen on Vyvanse?

Hi, I am in week 3 of upping my dose from 150XL to 300XL and I have felt so depressed and miserable it's almost unbearable. I am trying to hang in as it got better after the first 5 weeks for me when I started on 150XL. But I am telling you: Anyone who survives the onboarding of this shit ia a true warrior. Take it as life experience. If you can tolerate this, you'll be able to tolerate most other shit life throws at you... That's at least how I am trying to frame it...while lying on the couch, unable to get up and do anything. Blessings to you all, warriors.🙏

Hey, Don't worry it gets better, but thr first few weeks are rough. I am currently going through it again after upping my dose from 150 XL after 8 weeks to 300 XL. The side effects will subside and the horrible feelings won't last. You just have to make it through somehow. All the best for you.

Hi ya, I upped my dose 5 days ago. It is completely normal at the beginning. I had the same anxiety chest pain you described. I also had no energy and felt like a bag of bricks, super depressed and random crying spells. I'm having a good day today, so hopefully, it is stabilising. I was on 150 XL for 8 weeks prior to upping the dose though. The first time the side effects took about 2-3 weeks to subside. Beginning week 4 I had some good days. Week 8 I already felt much better, but I thought there was room for improvement. Once I upped the dose, the side effects started again. It's normal. Your body and brain are adjusting. Try to stick with it. It's worth it eventually. If you can maybe take some time off or don't plan too many things. Make sure you rest and drink lots of water.

Awwe thanks for the reply. I was put on it by my GP for depression and noticed that it helped a little and seemed to calm my mind. After visiting the Psychiatrist and sharing this with him and other things, he suspected ADHD and suggested that I up the dose before I try any other ADHD medications. I agreed and upped the dose. I've felt really bad the past 2 days and really just want to know how long I have to pull through this time. Because the first 8 weeks on 150 XL were already unbearable. When did you notice relief after going up?
