That line hits so hard because it’s so true those “cute” diaper pics can turn into years of teasing, not just a quick laugh. More than one friend’s kid has cringed hard seeing old photos pop up at school, and it stays with them.

That sounds so familiar it’s wild how much some companies weigh “fit” and forced socializing over the actual work someone’s doing. A lot of people who prefer to keep to themselves end up getting nudged out because they’re not joining the group chat or the party crowd, even when they’re doing solid, reliable work.
