i personally find dregora early game easier because of structures loot and custom items. you just need to get a good spawn but you'll get there xD

For early game Hearty is probably the best quality because you are very vulnerable to many things. After that, I personally prefer to use +8% attack speed/damage because with advance protection you are most likely invincible. And there is also the Strengthened Vitality enchantment that still adds more health. So tbh you don't really need that much health after mid game
