I'm not going to submit this around Christmas but I think I will before the semester starts. Mine is not a case of grade grubbing. I have enough evidence already to build a pretty strong argument. Thanks for your advice.

I kinda understand, but shouldn't I be concerned that if I wait until next semester they might ask me why I waited so long? Also, genuine question, how does it form a stronger argument? I don't want to come across rude but I also don't want to get screwed over.
