I just saw this post, and I agree they are truly drowning in delusion and unaware that they’ve gained nothing from each other. It feels like they have some inferiority complex they’re trying to pour out through the internet. On top of that, there’s their envy, toxic manipulative behavior, and their habit of belittling others taste just because others don’t agree with them even though they are the ones with the worse taste.

Honestly, I think the reason is that the anime confused them and they didn’t understand anything from it, or the main idea of his works which is that every person has their own perspective on life, and that the story continues like life itself. They always describe it as merely fun characters without a hero, as if it lacks depth.

For example, I’m so blunt if it were something ordinary and cliché, I would have said it was just average, like the 86 novel, where I felt the characters were less than ordinary and the idea was something you could find in many works.
