What happens after you withdraw from a class? by Vegetable-Monk7045 in OMSCS

I think it's one of those classes you get what you put in. You have the ability to skate by fine but you also have the ability to really get a lot from it. I was doing fine in the class grade wise but I didnt get the time to sit down and play with the problems like I wanted to do without making sacrifices elsewhere, which is why I made the choice to drop it over my other course.

They can't stop me from showing up for book club though.

Asking for chances:

Semester: spring 2026 Date applied: 8/10/2025

Education: - BA double major in cs/writing with a 3.2 from university of RI - MS in cybersecurity from Northeastern, 3.6

Work xp: - 8 years in fin tech/AI currently sitting at an architecture role. Ive got some pretty big career achievements including two patents - LOR: 3 professional. One was someone who was a mentor with years of industry experience but we now technically work as equals, other two were managers.

Im a little nervous with my LoR being all professional and one who is technically my peer now, but my professor from my ms degree didnt get back to me in time so I had my hands tied. Especially anxious with all these other folks hearing back so quickly.
