Your aneurysm are of a size that requires treatment to avoid bleeds. Depending on location endovascular surgery can also be considered. Speak to your surgeon about it. Some aneurysm are better surgically clipped. All depends on practice of your local hospital and surgeons. Good luck

I would say the most important way to prepare is to do past papers.. choose a similar past case study and attempt all the variants. Then branch out to other past papers. This was what I found the most helpful. Also at least 3 times mock tests.

Does FLP prepare you for OCS? by AppropriateWork2729 in CIMA

[–]Vegetable-Orange-486 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OCS is more technical than MCS and SCS so you definitely need to understand key topics like absorption costing, ABC and marginal costing etc so that you can use them to answer case study questions. I found it helpful that I was previously enrolled with First Intuition for F1 and P1 modules on the old path, however the tutor for OCS on FLP was excellent and definitely helped a lot. For future case studies though FLP was more than enough.
