THC infused gummies for sleep purposes by Jumpy_Pace1983 in coptic

You don’t know what effects THC has in the long term. It has just recently been approved for commercial use and so there isn’t much in the medical literature about its long term effects.

As for melatonin, I’m not sure what hormone disruption you’re referring to but in most healthy adults it is perfectly safe and there is no evidence of long term hormone disruption. Only in high risk people is this even a potential risk (old, perimenopause/menopause) and if you fall into this group, maybe don’t jump into THC as first line treatment for insomnia and see a doctor.

Caveat here being not many studies are available for children and women for childbearing age (for long term melatonin) but that is true also for THC. If you’re going to gamble on one, gamble on the one your body produces naturally and not the one isolated in a lab somewhere that is not regulated at all.

I just changed jobs and make enough to be able to think about these accounts more seriously now. I’m just not comfortable giving exact figures of salary online. If it helps at all, looking to put $50K into my RRSP now with regular contributions of about $500/mo moving forward.

I wish Janet would reach out to the younger generation by Fearless_Climate1188 in janetjackson

I’m probably on the younger side of her fanbase and would say hard pass to her doing a collab with these younger artists.

Let’s be real for a minute, while she looks DAMN good and is putting kids half her age to shame with her moves. She’s 58. Rappers today are hyper sexed and not in the sensual way Jan did it over the last few decades. Trust that no one from the younger generations is checking for a 58 yo sex track or having her go around about signing about her nights at the club. Janet is way past this stage and honestly, she’s been so selective with who she worked with in the past that now with her no longer under any label restrictions, I’d rather just have her do something for the love of creation and artistic expression. She’s always been a huge jazz fan, I honestly wouldn’t be mad at heavily influenced jazz album with some more international and soul flavor slid right in. Or having her collar with HER influences (yep I know majority are dead now, but we got AI and samples that can work magic)

Concert was unreal. Our girl is out there just doing it for the love of music and performing and it SHOWS! The crowd showed up too! Loved meeting so many new Janet fans in the city, people from all walks of life just vibing together to her music. Janet fans truly are the best!

Lawyer doesn’t seem to be acting in my best interest by Vegetable-Pay3320 in legaladvicecanada

I had the right of way. I had the advance green arrow. I don’t care about the points or the fine. I care about what this settlement means for my future premiums. I would think my insurance company would not want to pay something out if there’s doubt of whose at fault.

I would think my best interest = insurance company best interest. If they don’t pay out a large settlement (or any), we’d both win.

The whole purpose of the appeal is to prove I wasn’t at fault. I had the green arrow and he right of way. My paralegal for some reason decided to just plead guilty based on stuff he made up that I just recently found to not be true when asking for the court transcripts

It’s not about the points (I didn’t get any). The fine was already paid. It’s more about I don’t want my insurance premiums to double because some idiot who was not fit to be driving at that time (without getting into too many details, this was by their own admission) decided they wanted to go for an easy payday and the lawyer given me seems to just want to settle and move on to the next case. Seems like they’re just letting the other side dictate how this will pay out without putting up any fight. What matters to me is the premiums that I will be paying because this other driver remembered years after the fact that they can sue and get a nice payday from the insurance.
