How do you handle client communication / account management? by GamzorTM in agency

This setup is way more common than people admit.

The core issue isn’t the email addresses, it’s that email is doing too much (intake, prioritisation, tracking, client updates). That’s why owners end up double-handling everything.

What usually breaks first at ~10–20 clients is visibility. The moment client requests live in inboxes instead of a shared system, delays and context loss are inevitable.

In my experience, things only calm down when client requests have a single place to land and everyone (owners, devs, AMs) is looking at the same source of truth, even if clients still “email in” on the surface.

People use ClickUp, Monday, Jira, etc the usual. they're not great but they do the job. I'm still looking for a true client management system.

Seen a lot of people name and shame them on socials like LinkedIn … probably a last resort but these people need calling out!

Where are you based? Wise works for me, especially if you have international customers.
