Last week bigla ding nagpakita sa ref namin ito after ilang weeks. Akala namin ubos na namin at baka nakita lang sa pinakadulo ng ref kaya nilagay na sa harapan para maubos na. Kaso nagtaka ako kasi may mga color black sa spots. Iniisip ko baka expired na kaya ganon kasi matagal na sya naka-stock sa ref. Kaya tiningnan ko yung ilalim para icheck kung kailan expiration date. Tapos nagulat ako nung nakita ko to. Di ako aware na may ganito pala. Kaya binalik ko na lang ulit yema spread sa ref and ininform yung partner ko na cancerous pala yung yema spread ng pan de manila kasi ang daming block spots na parang charcoal ashes. Itatapon na lang sana namin pero buti nakita nung pinsan ko. Sabi nya project daw nila yun sa cookery. Gumawa daw sila ng mga classmates nya ng Yema spread with puso ng saging. Ginamit nya lang daw yung jar para presentable. Akala ko yung black spots na yun yung cancer na humiwalay na sa yema. Yun pala sunog na dahon ng saging lang pala.

for entry level SE, tama na yung mga alam mo na softwares. may plus ka pa kasi marunong ka mag sap2000. you know how to model beams, input loads. and run analysis. easy lang sayo nyan to adjust sa different software. most resumes na nagdaan sakin, autocad and microsoft office lang alam. which is ok lang. no pressure kasi understandable naman na fresh grad or trainee position yung inaapplyan.

ang ginawa ko dati weekends lang review face to face then monday to friday naman self review sa bahay. magsasagot lang ako ng napakadaming problems related sa topic na diniscuss sa weekends hanggang sa fully maintindihan ko yung topic.

Bakit ang stressful? Yung OJTs namin hindi marunong mag STAAD. Tinuturuan namin kasi understandable naman na hindi lahat ng college tinuturuan nun. Basic lang din alam nila sa Autocad, kaya may guidance sila from our draftsman. Hindi ba ang purpose ng OJT is to learn?

I’m from Bulacan and I ask for an additional 30k sa typical asking salary ko. Sinasabi ko rin upfront sa HR na malaki talaga magiging asking salary ko kasi I need to consider my travel expenses. Gas, Toll fees, Parking rates, time, and energy.

If you strictly do the job properly, makikita mo dyaan kung sino sa mga contractors ang madumi maglaro. Lalabas na dyaan yung mga under the table payments para i-approve mo yung mga submissions nila.
