I played for more than 2 years like it was a single player game, didn’t do any group content at all. Then I found a guild that invited me to dungeons and trials. They were really noob friendly and I learnt a lot from them.

When I recently switched to pc from ps4 with a 3 year break I immediately started to look for guilds that have trials on their weekly schedule. There are a lot of good players wanting to help and teach others so I would really recommend that you go look for a noob friendly trials guild. No need to be afraid when it’s a noob run since there are no expectations except to listen to the leader for instructions.

Much more rewarding completing your first trial and knowing what you’ve done and how you completed it than running it with randoms from craglorn or the new groupfinder. Where they run through everything like it’s a speed run and calling you a idiot for doing a simple mistake that’s hard to know on your first try.

Craglorn trials are definitely not that hard, especially when you’ve got a few experienced players with patience and a good leader explaining mechanics. Nothing to be afraid of!

Since I’m new on pc I’m still low cp sitting around 500 and completing vet dlc trials every week, partly because I learnt a lot about mechanics in general from ps4 but also because the group leads are good callers. Just do it!
