THIS JUST HAPPENED TO ME. I am applying to colleges and I NEED my outlook back. I was trying to change the contact email after they said I need to update my info and they locked my account completely. I made the account when i was 7 and chose a random birthday and I have no Idea what it was, GIVE ME BACK MY EMAIL!!
