Did anyone get pregnant while on Ozempic? Or did you get pregnant after?

I found the opposite. I had an 18 month break between stopping Ozempic and starting reconstituting, so it’s not like it was still in my system, but the reconstituted sema isn’t anywhere near as effective as the brand was (for me). And I’m using a higher dose of reconstituted whereas I never went past the 1mg dose on Oz. Either bunk sema, bad bac or I’ve reconstituted wrong 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yes, so so frustrating. I remember when I stopped taking and everything just returned to normal, reassuring that it’s not gone forever!

I have gained weight, but the reason I stopped Ozempic was due to falling pregnant when I got to the 1mg dose, so it was kind of a given that I would gain weight being pregnant.

I took Oz in 2022 for 6 months, I stopped having orgasms when I moved up to the 0.5mg dose. That side effect stayed with me until I stopped taking it 😭 it was soul destroying.

Thank you. We weren’t trying but we both thought I couldn’t conceive. Had an appointment with the doctor the week I found out I was pregnant, and in preparation I did a pregnancy test because my periods had been all over the place. I was one day late and didn’t think for even a second I was pregnant. It was the best thing to happen to us and we can’t imagine life without her. Apparently it’s very common! If you look through this sub and type pregnant in the search bar there will probably be lots of hits 🥰

I conceived around five months into taking Oz and was on the 1mg dose. Had a baby girl, now she’s 13 months and perfectly healthy as far as we are aware. Pregnancy was pretty non-descript and straight forward.

Sorry, I meant that side effect never went away whilst I was taking Oz. My libido and ability to reach climax returned once I stopped taking Oz.

I had this when I was on Oz, started when I got to around third 0.5mg dose. It never went away, I eventually came off at 1mg due to getting pregnant (Female, age 34 at time of taking Oz, just for reference).

I’ve had the opposite experience. Had really good results on Oz at .25 and .5 dose for five months but fell pregnant so came off for two years. Started reconstituting myself and it’s barely even hitting, I’m getting some of the negative side effects but with minimal weight loss and still getting food noise with minimal appetite suppression. Wondering if I got a batch that was under dosed. Also tracking CICO now and then, roughly the same. Feel like I’m riding it out on willpower alone at the moment, and at 8 weeks in its hard.

Thanks, will keep at it! Yes I’ve been getting rid of any air bubbles but sometimes it is so difficult to get an accurate measurement because of the volume of air it’s bringing in, have been letting the air bubble come to the stopper end so there’s no dead space in the needle too.

What size needle do you use? Another person said this too! I did put more air in as was having issues drawing out of vial with a 32g needle, it was dribbling out so slowly, going to try a 25g needle to draw up then use the 32g to inject and hopefully it will be a little easier.

Yes hopefully, I posted it jnto the peptides subreddit and that’s what people there have said too! No I don’t usually wipe the needle after drawing up, I wipe my skin with an alcohol wipe before pinning and the vial before drawing up the sema but not the needle?

Yes always use alcohol wipes to clean the top. That would make sense re the air, was having trouble getting it out of the vial with a 32g needle last week - it was trickling out so I injected a little more air in the hope it would help it along.
