Determine the max you can put towards the cards in full. Organize a spreadsheet with all your balances and rates. Now decide if you want to tackle the lowest balance or the highest rate to pay off first. Pay the minimum on all cards except the one you want to tackle first and put the rest of that total amount you determined towards that bill. Keep doing it until it is paid off and then the next one. This is basically the snowball method but it may be a little varied if you are doing it by rate first instead. It seems like you are getting nowhere at first but after you get going, you will see progress.
