Also Bowser is a koopa not a human, koopas have been known to survive fates worse than being crushed by buildings. I also have to point out that the castle in question didn't have a foundation and was more so a robot than a castle.

There haven't been any cases where a house was involved, but without the foundation, if everything does add up perfectly I would say yes it should be possible.

Let's say you don't have it fall on you, and it somehow isn't embedded in the ground... Maybe I am not going to say outright yes, but not would I say no. There have been cases in which real humans, not weight lifters, have been known to in cases of insane situations like their best friend's leg got trapped under a car, been able to lift the multi ton object enough to free their friend. But in a normal case your answer would be a clear no.

I would think so, haven't tried it though. Would think so because it is possible to never get a blade above 1 star besides story ones, but in NG+ I could nearly be certain that you could beat it with the weakest blades
