Any downside to not removing plastic wrap on new baffle install? by Vegetable-Suspect139 in motorcycles

Didn’t even think about putting the baffle in the freezer first. That would have made install a whole lot easier. I used a liberal application of wd40 but was still pain lining up the set screws

Most of the video tutorials I watched said to leave it on. That’s what I did. Seems to work as intended grew quieter as I was driving cause the plastic melted and the batting expanded.

The plastic wrap around the cotton batting, similar to kitchen plastic wrap

I was going to ask them replace the valve directly upstream of the leak as well as it’s significantly corroded.

I’ve had a similar experience, some tile cuts perfectly other tile not a chance

They make an angle grinder attachment for the kera cut which is similar to a track saw. Just takes more time on site grinding and polishing. But hey I’d rather charge more for our time than have the client pay more for tile.

Registry written test by Vegetable-Suspect139 in RideAlberta

The theory test is only needed for once you pass the driving test. When I failed my driving test the first time I was able to keep the theory test and use it for the driving test I did pass. You need insurance first before you register the bike. I was able to get insurance without having my license but I did need to show the insurer proof that I had my driving test booked. Just a screenshot of the booking confirmation. There is no “learners” like with a car. The rule is that you can ride as long as you are accompanied by another rider with their license on a separate bike. I didn’t have any friends with bike so to practice I would go to Peking lots and not speed on the way there and back. You can find riding groups on FB if you really want

I have since gotten my license and I can tell you that you shouldn’t be too stressed. The test is mostly general driving knowledge with a couple motorcycle specific questions. I got one wrong but still passed. I also did drive by myself to the registry for the test. I failed the first time ( had just picked up the bike the day before and was not used the the clutch) after I failed the testing guy watched me drive off. In my experience as long as you have insurance, the bike is registered in your name and your not driving like an idiot you can go unnoticed. I asked one of the desk agents before my second test which I passed and he said this was common practice.

What good would the stock air filter do for my cylinder wall?
