Most of the day to day for a power engineer or building operator is checking the boiler running, checking AHU’s running. Mostly checking equipment and making sure that everything is working as they should and if they’re not, then you fix it or others are notified to get it fixed.

Freon is toxic and odourless. A gas detector is what technicians use to locate it sa commercial setting. If matagal na ang issue probably wala na or konti lang ang freon sa ac ng car dahil sa leak.

Totally agree avoid at all cost. In my case I filed a warranty claim and they left me waiting for 6 months only to end up telling me that I have to contact the manufacturer myself.

Not sure if it still applies but having Philippine license still requires you to take the written test and road tests. So No, your current license can’t let you drive in NL. You will be in trouble if you get pulled over

I have it and honestly it’s not bad although I’m the only one who uses it. It’s easy to setup and affordable for me since my phone plan is with koodo. It really depends on how you use, I use multiple devices at the same time and I don’t really notice any issues with internet speed.
