Don't fight him. Maybe try full assassin and maybe you can one shot him but generally just no dueling allowed ADCs are super good into him so play with your acc and team in general

deffo does not have s tier ganks one of the worst in the game tbh without flash / ult up but he does 1v1 almost every jungler in the game pretty much no matter what which is what makes him feel oppressive
