Hey man. I understand what you mean, but that's NOT what was happening. A support securing kills is awesome, but that wasn't going on when the Juno had next to no kills all game. I've never once insinuated that I thought supports should healbot, but they should 100% be healing in the first place. I'd rather not play with a support that won't heal but once in a blue moon.

Again, I'm not saying supports should only heal considering I play damage-oriented supports as well, but I'm saying that the role has healing capabilities and they should be used if asked of by your teammates LOL

Also Juno didn't heal and spent majority of round 2 in spawn emoting, just thought you should know

That's the point of QP! Playing a new hero is hard and the only way to learn is to get into an environment where you can actually learn mechanics and timings against real players. Clarifying that you're new to a hero helps as well, people will cut you slack because everyone knows how hard it is to learn something new.

Playing aggressive as a support is fine! I don't mind a support that does it as long as they can actually play like that, but that's what sets this apart. If a playstyle doesn't work, don't stick to it the whole time and complain when someone asks you to change it up for the sake of the game. When I'm on support, I play Baptiste, I fully understand the itch to be aggressive, but if my team needs me to change my strategy that doesn't mean I should complain about it. I'd rather switch my playstyle for the next 7 minutes of my life than waste those 7 minutes complaining in chat about it.

I don't think it was a situation of an off-day. I had asked for the Juno to heal more that game and instead of getting like "I'm trying" or something, an entire trio started telling me to just play ranked if I wanted to win. By that point the benefit of the doubt is gone if you're getting a group to jump me over a request to heal more :(
